Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

Massages are customized to your needs. My massages typically start with the client face down where I will work on the back, glutes, legs and feet; then I have my client turn over and then continue with the legs and feet again, arms, shoulders, neck, face and scalp. Depending on the length of the session and the goals that would like to be met during the session this is definitely flexible.

Prenatal massages require extra pillows; clients will lay sideline to support baby and mom. During these sessions focus will be on helping the client relax and prepare for giving birth. Many clients say that, receiving regular prenatal massages, have helped them during labor stay more in their body and relieve pain. Again these sessions are customizable due to what the clients needs are focus on.

Chair massage is provided for events, like corporate events, and parties. I will set up a chair for clients to relax on while I provide 10-15 min massages focused on the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. Minimum of 1 hour, Max 4 hour services.
